Airfryer Pepperoni & Pesto Chicken Melt π π§
Made in just 17 minutes, doesnβt get easier than this does it? Serves 2 people although you can up the breast volume for more. Perfect with veg, potatoes or even a wee salad.
Ingredients
- 2 x chicken breasts π
- 2 tsp pesto π₯
- 40g pepperoni π
- 50g light mozzarella π§
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
Method
1. Slice chicken down the side
2. Fill with the pesto, pepperoni and mozzarella
3. Sprinkle a tbsp of Cajun seasoning and low cal spray
4. Airfryer at 200 for 17 minutes
