Instructions
Step 1
Brown beef, onions, and carrots in frying pan. Once done, add Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, and remaining vegetables, stirring until mixture starts to thicken.
Step 2
Cook mashed potatoes according to package instructions.
Step 3
Pour beef mixture into bottom of casserole dish and top with potatoes. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Step 4
Bake in oven at 350° for 30 min.
