Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Trim skin from halibut. Cook shallots, garlic, lemon zest, parsley in butter. Remove heat and stir in bread crumbs. Salt, pepper, old bay the fish. Spread Mayo on top of fish and cover with Panko mixture. Cook 15-20 mins.
