Step 1
Combine lemon pepper and salt. Season salmon liberally.
Step 2
Bake in a 350 F oven for 6-10 minutes depending on the thickness of your salmon and desired doneness.
Step 3
Meanwhile, mince garlic and saute over medium heat with a splash of oil until just starting to color. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Step 4
Make a sauce by combining soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Season to taste if necessary.
Step 5
Garnish the salmon with the fried garlic, sauce, and herbs of choice (I used scallions and cilantro). Enjoy!
