Step 1
On a plate layer in order spinach, arugula, tomatoes, drizzle balsamic, top with poached eggs, sprinkle sea salt, parsley, pineapple sage, & hot sauce. Serve cucumber on side top with ranch, hot sauce, & everything bagel seasoning. Serve seaweed on side they taste great paired with the cucumber! Note poached egg recipe here😀
