Instructions
Step 1
In bowl combine plain yogurt, olive oil and all spices.
Step 2
Rub the chicken with yogurt paste, inside and outside.
Step 3
Remove all stickers from the bottle and wash it before using. Open the bottle and pour off 1/3 of the liquid.
Step 4
Line a deep baking tray with aluminum foil, place the bottle in the middle and set your chicken on top of the bottle.
Step 5
Add 1 cup of water to the baking tray and place it on the very bottom of your COLD oven. Bake at 200C/399F fan for 15 minutes, then lower temperature to 190C/375F fan and bake another 1 hour 15 minutes. If top of the chicken burns cover it with aluminum foil.
Step 6
When ready remove from the oven , discard the bottle, serve and enjoy!
