Instructions

Step 1
Heat gas or charcoal grill.
Step 2
In small bowl, mix brown sugar, chili powder, salt, cumin, red pepper and garlic.
Step 3
Brush pork with oil.
Step 4
Rub and press spice mixture on all sides of pork
Step 5
Place pork on grill over medium heat.
Step 6
Cover grill; cook 17 to 20 minutes, turning several times, until meat thermometer inserted in center reads 145°F.
Step 7
Remove from grill.
Step 8
Cover; let stand 3 minutes before slicing.
