½ cupchili powder
⅛ cupground cumin
1 ½ tablespoonolive oil
1 tablespoonworcestershire sauce
2 tablespoongarlic salt
½ teaspoonground black pepper
2 tablespoonssugar
1 x 6 ouncecan tomato paste
2 x 15 ouncekidney beans

liquid
1 x 15 ouncecan stewed tomatoes
⅛ cupall-purpose flour

Instructions
Step 1
In a large pot over medium-high heat, heat olive oil & garlic until translucent, add and cook beef until brown. Stir in onions, bell peppers and jalapenos and cook until tender. Season with chili powder, cumin, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt and pepper. Stir in the tomato paste, stewed tomatoes and kidney beans with their liquid. Add whatever hot sauces you have and add to your preference.
Step 2
Simmer about 45 minutes. Use cup to gather hot oil and liquid at top of pot and add flour to combine. Pour and stir into pot to thicken chili. Simmer. Longer the better.
