Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Step 2
In a bowl combine meat, bbq sauce, 1 tbsp mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, bread crumbs, onion, egg, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Using a muffin tin, split evenly to make 6 loaves.
Step 4
Cook for 20 mins. While that’s cooking in a different bowl combine ketchup, 1 tbsp mustard, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar.
Step 5
Add sauce to the top of each meat loaf. Put back in the oven for 15 mins.
Step 6
Top with additional sauce if desired.
