Vegan & Gluten-free Black Bean Brownies

This is a super simple gluten free and vegan brownie recipe that you can probably make from what's in your pantry. These brownies are chocolatey without being too sweet and while these are still definitely a dessert, they pack a punch of fiber and protein from the black bean base.

Step 1
Preheat your oven or toaster oven to 350ºF (175ºC). Prepare an 8x8-inch (20x20 cm) pan by greasing it with coconut oil.

Place all of the ingredients EXCEPT the chocolate chips in a food processor. Blend until completely smooth.

Stir in the chocolate chips.

Scrape mixture into your prepared pan and place in the oven. Bake for 18-20 minutes before removing.
