Instructions
Step 1
Soak dates with 1 tsp baking powder into warm water and smash until even
Step 2
Mix 100g butter, 2 eggs, cinnamon, baking powder and 100g of brown sugar
Step 3
Add flour to mixture and combine with date mixture
Step 4
Cooking for 20min at 190C
Step 5
Whilst cake is cooking, in a pot melt 100g butter, 100g sugar and 2 tsp crème
Step 6
Once cooled down and cake out of the oven, make whole on cake with fork and sprinkle the sauce
Step 7
Serve with vanilla or caramel ice Crème with a little more sauce
