3 TablespoonsBrewer’s Yeast

2 tablespoonsflaxseed meal
3 cupsoats
2 cupschocolate chips

3 tablespoonspeanut butter
1 cupbutter
1 Cupwhite granulated sugar
1 Cupbrown sugar

4 tablespoonswater
1 teaspoonbaking soda
1 teaspoonsalt
1 teaspoonvanilla
1 teaspooncinnamon
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Mix the flaxseed meal and water in a small bowl. Rest for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Combine the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, and eggs in a bowl or mixing stand. Mix until ingredients are fully combined.
Step 4
Add the flaxseed mixture and mix well.
Step 5
In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and brewer’s yeast. After combined, add the dry mixture to the wet mixture.
Step 6
Stir in the oats, chocolate chips (if added), and peanut butter to the mixing bowl until well blended.
Step 7
Use a tablespoon to scoop the cookie dough and place it onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Create little balls of cookie dough and smash them down with a fork. Space cookies about 2 inches apart.
Step 8
Bake for 10-13 minutes depending on your oven.
