Carrot dip crackers

A quick and easy spread for crackers, pie into carrots for Easter. Or enjoy as a dip on veggies, bread, pretzels or crackers. So yummy!

Instructions

Step 1
Mix together everything except the parsley leaves and crackers. Add to a piping bag or to a ziplock bag and cut the corner. Pipe onto crackers; thin on one side, thick on the other to look like a carrot. Add a parsley leaf on the thick end.
