Step 1
Bring pot to boil water. In skillet, medium heat, add oil, breadcrumbs and toast, stirring constantly, til crisp and golden brown. Take care not to burn them. Cool. Add pasta,cook Al dente. Place cooled breadcrumbs in bowl and wipe out skillet. Return to medium heat. Add remaining oil to skillet and toss it to coat. Saute til bright green and add garlic powder and pepper. Then add broth. Summer til broccoli is tender. Drain pasta,add broccoli. Summer pasta with sauce to blend flavors. If sauce seems dry, add 1/2 c water or broth. Turn off heat. Add cheese plus 1 Tbsp of oil. Stir to combine. Serve pasta sprinkled breadcrumbs breadcrumbs. Enjoy!
