Instructions
Step 1
Roll out a sheet of puff pastry and cut into 8 squares . Double the recipe if making for more than 4 persons .

Step 2
Put a tablespoon of pesto in the centre of each one and spread it leaving a small border around the outside . Add sliced cherry tomatoes and ripped mozarella . Season with pepper then pinch the corners together toward the middle . Brush with egg wash or milk and bake at 200 c / 400 f fan setting for 15 minutes
