Instructions
Step 1
In a plastic bowl put the four and add salt. Whisk it to combine it. Add sugar and whisk again.

Now add the wet ingredients. Add the milk and 2 whole eggs. Whisk it or mix it with mixer.
Step 3
Strain the batter through the strainer.
Preheat the pancake pan on low heat and add some oil on top.

Use a ladle to scoup the portion of the batter into the pan. Gently swirl the pan to spread the batter evenly over the surface. Use a spatula to gently flip the crepe and cook it for 1 more minute until it turns brownish.
Step 5
Roll it with some nutela. Cheers
