Instructions

Step 1
1 Soak bamboo skewers in water for a few hours. Chop ginger, garlic and green onions.
Step 2
2 Place all ingredients (aside from steak and skewers) in a medium bowl. Whisk until well combined.
Step 3
3 Thinly slice beef flank steak, then cut into two inch pieces.
Step 4
4 Marinate sliced beef in a covered glass container in the fridge for 1-2 hours (no more than 4).
Step 5
5 Skewer several pieces of beef on to the bamboo stick/skewer - each piece will need to be threaded.
Step 6
6 Grill on the BBQ until medium-well done. If baking in the oven, preheat to 425F and bake for 15-18 minutes.
