3 cflour

1 clard

1 tsalt

1egg
beaten

⅔ cmilk

2 ccornflakes cereal

7 csliced apples

1 csugar

1 tcinnamon

2 tablespoonsbutter
For Frosting
Instructions
Step 1
Cut together flour, lard and salt; add beaten egg and milk. If dough is sticky, add just enough flour so it can be rolled out.
Step 2
Divide dough into 2 balls. Roll out 1 ball to fit a 10 x 15-inch jelly roll pan; place in pan.
Step 3
Spread cornflakes over the crust.
Step 4
Spread apples over cornflakes.
Step 5
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Dot with 2 T. butter.
Step 6
Roll remaining ball of dough to fit the top of the pan and seal the edges.
Step 7
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
For Frosting
Step 8
For frosting, mix powdered sugar and vanilla with enough milk to make a thin glaze. Driz zle on top of warm crust. Serve warm, cut in to squares.
