Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/gas 6.

Place 40g Oat Pantry Chocolate Orange Porridge oats, 1 tsp maple syrup, 1 egg/chia egg and 100g plain yoghurt of choice into a bowl and mix together, you can also blend the mixture for a smoother (cake-like) texture as shown in this video.
Step 3
Pour half the mixture into an ovenproof dish. Add a tbsp of orange marmalade to the centre of your mixture and then add the remaining baked oats mixture on top.
Step 4
Bake for 25 mins, or until browned.
Step 5
Then before serving drizzle with chocolate (we combined 1 tsp cocoa powder with 3-4 tsp water (depends how runny you want it), you can also add a small dash of maple syrup if you prefer it sweeter.
