Instructions
Step 1
Cut through kholabri into little wedges about the same size as blood orange segments. Toss with 3 tablespoons of creme frauche and poppy seeds. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Spread a nice swoosh of the remaining Creme freshener onto each plate. Quickly toss arugula with the blood orange segments and juices and the citrus vinaigrete.. Arange argula on each plate and top with kohlrabi
