Instructions
Step 1
Cut the pineapple into small chunks
Step 2
Cook rice as your normally would. Then add a little pineapple juice to each boat

Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes
Step 4
Heat a skillet over medium heat with a little coconut oil (can sub other oils)
Step 5
Add the chicken, cook for 3-4 minutes, until the chicken is starting to brown.
Step 6
Add the teriyaki sauce, coconut aminos, and garlic. Stir all together. Let the chicken simmer for 8-10 more minutes.
Step 7
Form your bowls - rice at the bottom, then chicken and top with pineapple.
