Instructions
Step 1
Dice the chicken breast into cubes, then place in a bowl. Season with black pepper, chili powder, and garlic. Add the egg white to coat the chicken.
Step 2
Crush the almonds into a fine powder and mix them into the bowl with the chicken, ensuring the cubes are well coated.
Step 3
Heat a pan over medium heat, then add the chicken mixture. Cook until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, prepare the sauce by combining soy sauce, water, honey, and tomato paste. Stir until smooth.
Step 5
Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken in the pan. Simmer for a one minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
Step 6
Serve the chicken over cooked rice, topped with chopped spring onions, sprinkle of sesame seeds and finish with a splash of lemon. ENJOOOY!
