Burrata With Tomato, Radish, Turnip & Plum
6 steps
Prep:15min
Everyone loves burrata, and it’s kind of my secret trick to creating a show stopping dish. You can add almost any combination of vegetables (and occasionally fruit), and it’s a great way to add something special to the table. Featuring a combination of sliced tomatoes, plums, turnips, radishes and fresh basil, this recipe is unique but delicious!
