Instructions

Step 1
Mix rice with half tub of cream cheese and chop finely pepperoni. Mix that it to the rice and cheese mix.
Step 2
Make half the rice mixture into balls
Step 3
Spoon a small amount of the rice onto some pepperoni slices and wrap them round the rice
Step 4
Cook in the oven for about 10 minutes at 180*C
Step 5
Microwave the rest of the cream cheese with some of the oil on the baking tray and serve with the rice balls
