Step 1
Prepare rice according to package. Drain and rinse beans.
Step 2
Combine rice, beans, seasoning, and cheese together.
Step 3
Spread in center of tortillas, roll up tucking in ends.
Step 4
Wrap each in wax paper. Store all burritos in gallon zipper bags.
Step 5
When ready to eat remove one and unwrap. Place on microwavable plate and microwave about 2 minutes. cook one burrito at a time for best results.
Step 6
Top with sour cream, salsa, avocado, or hot sauce if desired.
