Instructions

Step 1
Put the carrot, onion and potato in a saucepan with the water. Bring to the boil then simmer for about 25 mins or until the vegetables are cooked.
Step 2
Stir the stick pots and Bovril into the vegetables until dissolved, then blitz with a hand blender until smooth.
