Instructions
Step 1
In a heat safe bowl combine oats, salt, maple syrup, chopped apple, cinnamon and water.
Step 2
Place your steamer rack inside your inner pot of pressure cooker.
Step 3
Add in 1 cup cold water to inner pot.
Step 4
Place bowl on top of steaming rack and put the lid on and set the valve to seal.
Step 5
Set the manual mode on High pressure for 10 minutes.
Step 6
When time is up, allow the oatmeal to sit for at least 5 minutes and then release the pressure.
Step 7
Remove bowl carefully from Instant Pot.
Step 8
Serve and Enjoy!
