1 pkglemon cake mix
2 layer size
1 x 3.75 ozlemon instant pudding mix
pkg
4eggs
½ cupvegetable oil
1 cupwater
hot
¼ cuppoppy seeds
½ cupchopped walnuts
optional
Optional substitute:
lemon cake mix & lemon instant pudding mix
Can, for yellow cake & vanilla or coconut pudding
Instructions
Step 1
Mix all ingredients until blended. (It's easier if you break up the eggs & mix all of the liquids together before combining them with the dry ingredients.)
Step 2
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 60 minutes, depending on oven, in greased and floured (or sprayed with cooking spray) pans.
Step 3
Optional: Drizzle with white or lemon frosting.
