Ingredients

½ tspcinnamon
1.5 TbspSwerve
1 Tbspbutter
melted
1egg yolk
salt
¼ cupalmond flour
¼ tspbaking soda
½ tspvanilla extract
¼ tspPecan Carmel Syrup
optional
6gWalnuts

Instructions
Step 1
Grease a ceramic mug or ramekin.
Step 2
In a small bowl mix cinnamon and Swerve. Set aside.
Step 3
Then mix all other ingredients in another small bowl.
Step 4
Take the cinnamon mixture and take 1 Tbsp and put it aside. Pour the remainder into the batter and mix thoroughly. Pour the batter into the mug or ramekin.
Step 5
Sprinkle the 1 Tbsp topping over the top. Sprinkle the walnuts on top (optional).
Step 6
Cook in the microwave for 90-120 Seconds.
Step 7
While that’s cooking throw the frosting ingredients into a blender or use a hand mixer until whipped. Once the cake is done take out and top with frosting!
