Instructions
Step 1
Put lamb, zests, garlic, cumin, herbs and harissa into a large bowl. Season and mix well.
Step 2
Roll into 20 balls and slightly flatten to prevent rolling when frying
Step 3
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry balls for 2 mins each side. Remove from the pan and drain on kitchen roll.
Step 4
Mix together the yogurt, 1tbsp of harissa, a squeeze of lemon juice and 2tbsp of chopped mint to make the dipping sauce.
Step 5
Serve on cocktail sticks next to the sauce.
