Instructions

Step 1
Place all ingredients in stand mixer..same order as above Combine ingredients using the paddle for about 3 minutes; then switch to the dough hook for about 7 minutes until ball forms (may need to stop and start to help reshape dough). Shape the dough and place in loaf pan, or cut 6 equal portions for burger buns and 16 equal portions for dinner rolls. Cover dough with plastic wrap (sprayed with cooking spray) and allow it to rise for 60-90. Bake in preheated oven at 375° for 35 minutes for bread loaf.

Add to the bread machine in this exact order:

• hot water (100°)
Step 4
• 3 tbs Honey or mollasses
Step 5
• slightly beaten eggs
Step 6
• Flour mixture
Step 7
• room temperature butter
Step 8
• Close the lid on the bread machine and set the machine on low carb bread: press menu 1 time>>crust-light>> loaf-1 1/2lb>>start. This will preheat machine>knead>rise then bake. Total time is 3 hours.
Step 9
• Remove the bread from the bread machine pan and allow it to cool before slicing.
Step 10
Instructions to Bake in Oven: Place all ingredients in bread machine and allow machine to mix and knead dough. Once you hear a series of 3 beeps, take the dough, shape it and place in loaf pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 45-50 minutes
