Step 1
Cook pasta according to package. Combine lemon juice, salt, miso, tahini, applesauce, garlic, syrup, pepper and water in a blender. Puree until smooth (adding small amount of water if too think). Drain but do not rinse pasta and put back in the pan. Reduce heat to low and add sauce, lemon zest and spinach and heat slowly until spinach is wilted.
