Instructions
Step 1
Combine butter, peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, and eggs in a bowl and mix until combined.
Step 2
Combine flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda in a second bowl and whisk to combine.
Step 3
A little at a time add the flour mixture to the peanut butter mixture and mix until fully combined.
Step 4
Cover with plastic wrap and rest dough in the fridge for 30 min.
Step 5
Preheat oven to 375
Step 6
Roll dough into 1 inch balls and press twice with a fork to create the cross hatch pattern.
Step 7
Bake for 9 minutes and allow to cool for at least half an hour.
