Instructions
Step 1

First, grab all of your ingredients

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F ( 175 degrees C)

Mix the peanut butter, sugar, and egg together in a medium bowl. Then mix with electric mixer for less a workout OR use spatula for a workout. Mix until smooth and creamy
Step 4

Place parchment paper on to a baking sheet. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and 1-inch apart on your baking sheet.
Step 5

Flatten each cookie with a fork to make a criss-cross
Step 6
Bake in preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until the cookies edges look crisp. Once done baking let cool completely before serving.
