Instructions
Step 1
In a large whist together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt, until well combined and set aside.
Step 2
Using an electric mixer, cream together 1 egg, 1 egg yolk, and vanilla extract. Then slowly add in your dry ingredients.
Step 3
Roll your dough into small-medium sized balls and place into a cookie sheet. Bake on 350*f for 9-11 mins.
Step 4
Sprinkle sugar on top of the cookies after baking (optional)
