Italian Style Fried Farro
To cook Farrow in a medium saucepan combined 3 cups for low sodium chicken broth or water and 1 1/4 cups of dried farro. bring to boil reduce heat simmer covered 40 to 60 minutes or until farro is tender

Instructions
Step 1
In a walk or 12" non stick skillet heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium high
Step 2
Add brussel sprouts and onions cook and stir 4 minutes or just until crisp and tender
Step 3
Add walnuts and garlic cook and stir 2 minutes
Step 4
Add Farro and remaining tablespoon of oil. Cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes more or until heated through
Step 5
To serve drizzle sprout mixture with balsamic glaze sprinkle a cheese and basil
