boiled, i like purple carrots the best, they seem to be a touch less sweet and you don't have to add as much beet juice orange carrots will work fine though
1 tablespoonfresh lemon juice
6fresh basil leaves
1 tspsalt
1 tspbalsamic vinegar
or substitute, to taste tamarind is better!!)
1 tsptamarind paste
1 tablespoonbeet juice
