Instructions

Step 1
Add dry ingredients to a large bowl and whisk to combine evenly.
Step 2
Add wet ingredients to a in a medium bowl and whisk till well combined.
Step 3
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix till combined, careful not to over mix.
Step 4
Allow mixture to rest 10 minutes.
Step 5
Add 1/2 teaspoon of oil o a griddle or frying pan, using a paper towel to spread evenly.
Step 6
Allow griddle or pan to reach 350 degrees.
Step 7
Fill a 1/3 cup measure cup with mixture and pour evenly onto griddle spreading mixture to 4 inch circles. Continue making pancakes till griddle is full.
Step 8
Cook 2-3 minutes on 1st side, flip pancake and cook other side 1-2 minutes.
Step 9
Continue cooking pancakes until mixture is used.
