Beat eggs well

Layer sausage on bottom of 9x13

Layer cheese over sausage
Step 5
Layer bread, cubed, over sausage and cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Sprinkle additional spices over layers

Mix milk with eggs
Step 9
Pour milk and egg mixture over all layers

Refrigerate

Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before baking
