Crockpot creamy chicken noodle soup

Ingredients
8 servings
1.5 poundsboneless skinless chicken breast
0.5yellow onion
small, diced
4garlic gloves
minced
2carrots
large, sliced into coins
2stalks celery
sliced
1 x 8 ozsliced mushrooms
container
2 teaspoonsdried basil
2 teaspoonsdried oregano
2 teaspoonsitalian seasoning
½ teaspoonsnutmeg
1 teaspoonpepper
½ teaspoonsalt
3 x 14.5 ozcans chicken broth
1 cupwhite wine
1 cupheavy cream
1 boxrotini pasta noodles
Instructions
Step 1
Grease crockpot with cooking spray.
Step 2
Add in chicken, onion, garlic, carrots, celery, mushrooms, basil, oregano, Italian seasoning, nutmeg, pepper, salt, chicken broth and white wine.
Step 3
Cover and cook for 6-8 hours on LOW or 3-4 hours on HIGH
Step 4
Remove chicken and shred. Set aside.
Step 5
Whisk heavy cream into crockpot.
Step 6
Stir in noodles and shredded chicken.
Step 7
Cover and cook for an additional 15-30 minutes or until noodles are cooked to your liking.
Step 8
Taste and re season if necessary. Enjoy!
