Instructions
Step 1
Blend pepper, onion, parsley, oregano and garlic.
Step 2
Saute butter, add clams and lemon juice, add blended spice mixture and mix well. Gradually add bread crumbs.
Step 3
Place mixture in baking dish. Top with parmesan cheese and dabs of butter.
Step 4
Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350º.
