Smoothie
-cup of coconut water (or reg water)
-big handful spinach
-two stalks celery
-1/2 cucumber
-bunch parsley
-half a lemon w/ rind
-thumb size fresh ginger
-few sprigs mint
-scoop protein powder of choice
-handful frozen mango chunks
Blitz it up until puréed and chunks are gone.
Sometimes I add a date, sometimes a tsp green tea powder.
