Step 1
In a blender add in diced mango, yogurt, honey, cardamom powder, ice cubes, rosemary sprigs and water. Blend it until it is smooth. You can add more of less water depending upon how thick or thin you want your smoothie.
Step 2
Pour into glasses and add soaked chia on top of the smoothie Serve chilled enjoy!!
