Ingredients

⅓ cupbutter
melted, cooled
¾ cupsugar
1 cupmilk
room temperature
2 cupsall purpose flour
1 tablespooncornstarch
1 teaspoonbaking powder
½ teaspoonsalt
2 teaspoonsvanilla
⅓ cupflour
filling and topping
6 tablespoonssugar
filling and topping
1 tablespooncinnamon
topping, filling
2 tablespoonsvegan butter
or regular, softened, topping, filling
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put melted butter in bowl, add sugar and whisk till smooth.
Step 2
Add room temperature milk and vanilla
Step 3
Add flour, salt, cornstarch, baking powder and cinnamon and mix with fork or spatula just till combined.
Step 4
Pour half batter into loaf pan sprayed or lined with parchment paper.
Step 5
Mix cinnamon crumble ingredients and add half of mix over batter and use knife to swirl around. Pour in rest of batter and put rest of crumble on top and swirl with knife.
Step 6
Bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Cool before turning out.
