Instructions

Step 1
Whisk together your butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Whisk in the sour cream, eggs, and vanilla.
Step 2
For the filling, whisk together the flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
Step 3
To assemble, pour half of the batter into a loaf pan. Sprinkle the filling generously on the top. Add the rest of the batter, and finish with more of the cinnamon filling. You should have some filling left over for the next step.
Step 4
With the left over filling, add softened butter, more flour, and chopped pecans. Mix with your hands to create a crumbly texture for the crumble topping. Layer it on top of the batter.
Step 5
Bake at 350f for about 55-60 minutes, or until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean. Allow to cool down before cutting into it, enjoy!
