🍷RED WINE CHOCOLATE CAKE
Leftover wine? Make a chocolate cake!! 🤤🍫🍷🎂 This cake is Vegan, Gf, moist, gooey, fudgy, and the pomegranate jam adds an amazing flavor to the chocolate cake. MUST TRY RECIPE!
🍷RED WINE CHOCOLATE CAKE:
🍷CAKE:
🍷1 1/2 cups gf all purpose flour (1:1)
🍷3/4 cup coconut sugar
🍷1/3 cup cacao powder
🍷1 tsp cinnamon
🍷1/4 tsp nutmeg
🍷1 tsp baking powder
🍷1 tsp baking soda
🍷1/2 tsp salt
🍷1 1/4 cups red wine
🍷1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
🍷2 Tbsp cider/wine vinegar
🍷1 tsp vanilla extract
👉🏽 Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix all the wet ingredients in a small bowl. Combine wet with dry and mix (try not to over mix). Pour batter into a lined cake pan and bake at 350F for 30min. Check if a toothpick comes out clean. If there are minimal crumbs sticking to the pin, your cake is done! Let it cool fully in the pan and invert onto a plate.
👉🏽While your cake is cooling, begin preparing the toppings.

🍫CHOCOLATE GANACHE:
🍫Vegan dark chocolate
🍫Coconut cream
🍫Maple syrup and pink salt to taste
👉🏽Heat the coconut cream in a pan until it is almost simmering. Add the chocolate and leave it until it is melted and smooth. Cover the cake with the ganache and refrigerate to set.
