Ingredients

3 cupsrotisserie chicken
shredded
1 tspanchovy paste
1 tablespoonfresh lemon juice
1 tablespoonred wine vinegar
1 teaspoonDijon mustard
½ teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoonkosher salt
⅛ teaspoonblack pepper
⅓ cupextra-virgin olive oil
⅓ cupParmesan cheese
or nutritional yeast for diary free

Instructions
Step 1
Remove and shred chicken from bones. Place chicken in a medium bowl.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, whisk together anchovy paste, garlic, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a blender until smooth. Gradually add olive oil, and whisk until smooth.
Step 3
Pour dressing over chicken, and toss to coat.
Step 4
Mix in parm cheese or nutritional yeast (for dairy free version). Note: You can divide the chicken mixture into two parts if making both(dairy free and non dairy free) , then mix in parm cheese to one and nutritional yeast to the other.
Step 5
Heat the broiler. Spread cut sides of bread evenly with garlic dip. Broid bread, cut side up until toasted and golden brown.
Step 6
Divide chicken mixture evenly among bottoms of toasted bread; cover with bread tops.
