Lemon Pepper Turkey and Spinach Meatballs

Using inspiration from other recipes, I tailored a turkey meatball recipe to fit my tastes.

Instructions
Step 1
Add olive oil to skillet on Medium heat.
Step 2
Add onion, garlic, pepper, and lemon pepper, Sauté until onion is tender (about 5-6 minutes total time).
Step 3
Add spinach and Worchestershire sauce to the onion and garlic mixture. Mix well to combine. Cook until spinach is wilted, then remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.
Step 4
In a large bowl, combine the turkey, bread crumbs, and eggs. Add the onion and spinach mixture and gently fold in.
Step 5
Roll meatballs that are to preferred size (typically 1 – 1 1/2 inches around). Add a bit of olive oil to the skillet, allow to heat up, then add the meatballs to the skillet.
