Amounts vary depending on your personal preferences. Options Troy's family's variation It's potatoes, hard boiled eggs, more mustard, some mayo, probably no onion (I sometimes add it sometimes don't), then cut up pickles and add them. Add pickle juice. Or just use pickle relish. Amounts are: until it tastes good. 5 lb Potatoes Lots of mustard mayonnaise, not as much as the mustard Salt and pepper Dill Pickles sliced up (not relish, but adding juice to amp up the flavor is sometimes necessary) - Cella always added pickle. juice but it was always dilly beans and their juice. 1 dozen Hard boiled eggs, cut up Onion (I left it out because Dolly doesn't like raw onions and that's how I ate it the first time) Mix until it tastes right (we added about 1 lb bacon) 2 potatoes to 1 boiled egg
