Instructions

Step 1
Dice your potatoes, carrots, ham and pickles into small cubes.
Step 2
Bring a pot of water to a boil, season with salt and cook your diced potatoes for 10 mins, remove them and cook your dice carrots and peas for about 6 minutes then set aside and let the veggies cool down.
Step 3
Add your eggs to a pot full of cold water, bring to a boil and boil them for 7 minutes from the moment the water starts to boil. Peel your eggs and cut them into cubes.
Step 4
In a bowl add your potatoes, carrots, eggs, peas, ham, pickles, mayonnaise, a drizzle of olive oil and vinegar. Mix well then transfer everything on a plate and shape your potato salad into a wreath with the help of a cake pan (21cm/8 inches) and a glass (see video).
Step 5
Rest in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Step 6
Carefully remove the cake pan and glass and decorate with some freshly chopped dill and cherry tomatoes. Buon appetito!
